Before forming Schatzman & Hovanyecz, P.A., Ian Schatzman and Zoltan Hovanyecz represented insurance companies in claim investigations and litigation. Their work included examinations under oath, depositions, pre-suit investigations, and lawsuits involving hurricane, fire, water, and other property losses. That experience provided a practical understanding of how insurance companies investigate claims, evaluate coverage, defend lawsuits, and respond to demands for payment.
Today, the firm uses that experience to represent policyholders and other clients throughout Florida.
