Zoltan Hovanyecz, Esq.

Zoltan Hovanyecz was born in Hungary and came to the United States with his parents as a child. He grew up in the Tampa and St. Petersburg area and received his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of South Florida. He earned his Juris Doctor, with honors, from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law and served as a staff member of the Nova Law Review.

Zoltan’s practice includes insurance disputes, property damage matters, construction disputes, commercial litigation, and negligence claims. His background includes representing insurance companies and litigating property insurance claims. That experience provided firsthand knowledge of how insurers investigate, adjust, and defend claims, which he now uses to represent Florida homeowners, condominium owners, businesses, and individuals.

Zoltan is admitted to The Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He lives in Pompano Beach with his wife and their son.
