Zoltan Hovanyecz was born in Hungary and came to the Unite States with his parents as a child. Zoltan grew up in Florida in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area and attended the University of South Florida were he received a bachelors degree in finance. After working at a number of law firms, Zoltan moved to Fort Lauderdale where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from Nova Southeastern University. Zoltan was also a staff member on the Nova Southeastern Law Review.

Zoltan focuses his entire practice on representing homeowners, condominium owners, and business owners in their denied, underpaid, and mishandled insurance claims. Zoltan handles both first party and third party property damage matters and claims.

Zoltan has a background in insurance defense and commercial litigation. Zoltan has considerable experience prosecuting lawsuits against insurance companies and has spent his entire career litigating property insurance claims. Throughout his early career representing insurance companies, Zoltan has gained invaluable expertise and knowledge about how insurance claims are adjusted, handled and litigated from the perspective of the insurance company.
